Our brand new gallery at Heuvel 4
The brand new gallery at Heuvel 4
On 4 July it was finally time, we could welcome you in the brand new Van Loon Galleries building at Heuvel 4 in the center of Vught. In the past two weeks we have already received a lot of (new) guests in the monumental city villa. On behalf of the entire team of Van Loon Galleries, we would like to thank everyone who has already been able to visit us for the unforgettable first opening weeks.
Have you not yet had the opportunity to walk into the new gallery? Then visit us during the opening hours below. Want a sneak peek at the gallery’s beautiful art? Click on the following link: https://youtu.be/oUm6TH6UnLU
Monumental city villa
The beautiful monumental city villa in which the gallery is now located has a special background. The building was built in 1864 as the rectory of the adjacent St. Peter’s Church. Both the rectory and the church, with a neo-Romanesque architectural style, were designed by renowned architect Carl Weber. With marble floor tiles, high ceilings and a brand new bar room, the property is the perfect new backdrop for the vast and diverse range of art the gallery has to offer. Because the gallery is located in the center of Vught, there is sufficient parking space in the immediate vicinity for a visit to the gallery.
“The property has marble floor tiles, high ceilings, a brand new bar room and beautiful light.”
